Eating locally

So we had a lovely spring meal last night, and I can tell you the provenance of most of the main ingredients!
Spare ribs - in maple glaze, with a stir fry of wild leeks, celeriac, and fiddleheads
So - ribs...from Ken and Rosemary's wee pig.....
not sure which one....but they were tasty!
Maple syrup from Ron, mum and dad's neighbours - Tweed
Wild leeks - from Catherine's parents place in Keswick
Fiddleheads - handed over the fence by Ivor - love it! Thank you!
Celeriac, and other assorted things in stir fry all from Ontario organics producers....
